Mayur Pandya

COO of Dental Care Group

Mayur serves as Chief Clinical/Operating Officer of Dental Care Group. In his current role, he supports the clinical teams of dentists across the group to ensure the continual improvement of the quality of DCG’s services, safeguarding high standards, whilst balancing a complex range of strategic, operational and clinical responsibilities; providing clinicians with appropriate guidance and advice.

He qualified with Honours from King’s College London with Distinction in Oral Disease, completed his Foundation Training with the London Deanery and was awarded the Ruby Austin Gold Prize. He holds a Diploma of Membership with the Faculty of Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), Certificate in Comprehensive Oral Implantology (Tatum Institute) and a Diploma in Operations Management.

Mayur returned to King’s College Hospital in 2009 as a part-time Honorary Clinical Tutor. He has held the position of Dental Foundation Training Educational Supervisor between 2013-16 (Health Education East of England) and is a Clinical Educator on the Foundation Degree in Oral Health Science (University of Essex).

Mayur practises part-time enjoying the challenges that cosmetic and implant dentistry bring. He has trained with the Plastic Surgery Team at the BMI Hospital: Paddocks Clinic in Botox and Dermal Fillers. He is a certified Invisalign and Quick Straight Teeth provider, carrying out minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.

At Head Office, he works closely with the management team in the pursuit of “Delivering high quality and affordable dental care for everyone”.
