Following a very restless night with severe tooth and jaw pain I rang the surgery at Thaxted. Jodie answered the phone was very sympathetic to my plight and got me booked in to see Caroline that morning. After an examination Caroline pinpointed the problem. Because of my oddball teeth I needed an extraction but it needed specialist help. Don’t worry we will sort it she said. And they certainly did, Jodie was back on the phone to me in 30 mins and had made me an appt in Brentwood that lunchtime. I got Brentwood who were expecting me saw a very sympathetic Dentist there would took the tooth out. Then I got a call on my way home from Jodie asking Iif was ok and had it all gone well. Mega impressed with this level of service, professionalism and going the extra mile. Bravo, thank you and tonight I can sleep!

Can I just say a huge thank you to Dr Nabi and your lovely receptionist (sorry - didn't get her name) for seeing me so quickly yesterday for an emergency appointment. I have an abscess across two teeth which is extremely painful and Dr Nabi x-rayed, diagnosed and wrote me a prescription for two antibiotics very quickly indeed. Whilst, obviously it is still painful, it is such a relief to know what it is and to be on the road to recovery (hopefully).We are so lucky to have you in Thaxted !Thank you, once again.

The decor in the building looks very fresh and modern. The receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the hygienist...what can I say. They were very professional, down to earth, kind & considerate, knowledgeable, talking me through what she was about to do and what she found, funny, but most of all, a really nice person. Last year, I had a dreadful toothache, and I knew my tooth had to be removed, oh dear!!! My friend Tanya, recommended me to go to the Thaxted Dental Centre and there I was seen by Caroline.It was the first time I went back to the dentist for years as I had a dentist phobia because of rushed, rough, painfull treatments in the past.Well, Caroline listened to my fears, explained everything to me, took her time, and since then, I've got a dental plan and I am sooooooo glad as the experience is painfree, so calming that I find myself really relaxing to a point of nearly falling asleep, then I realise I've got to open my mouth, lol.I too now, recommend this dental centre, and from someone who was having a real dentist fear.I am very grateful to all the team there, very friendly and welcoming.
